About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agent solutions and multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Build RAG applications leveraging vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search, integrating AI agents with enterprise APIs and services.
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data, optimizing AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML and Data Engineering expertise.
- Bachelor's (BE/B.Tech) or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience building and deploying autonomous AI agents and GenAI applications using large language models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source variants.
- Strong background in both AI/ML development and data engineering, capable of handling end-to-end AI solution lifecycles including prompt engineering, AI safety, and observability.
- Comfortable working in hybrid Bangalore location in cross-functional teams integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud environments.
