About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles including clinical and allied health positions such as RN, LPN, CNA, Therapy, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, and Respiratory Therapy.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on resumes, licenses, certifications, availability, pay expectations, and work eligibility.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview schedules, follow-ups, onboarding support, and maintain records in CEIPAL or ATS systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience required.
- Experience recruiting for nursing, allied health, therapy, pharmacy, lab, or imaging roles preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare licenses, certifications, compliance, and staffing processes preferred.
- Work Location: On-site in Begumpet Hyderabad; Schedule: US/Night Shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operates effectively in US healthcare staffing environments with familiarity of clinical and allied health roles.
- Experienced in using ATS (CEIPAL), job boards, LinkedIn, MSP, or VMS platforms for recruitment processes.
- Skilled in managing full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare professionals including screening, negotiation, and candidate follow-up.
