About This Role
- Oversee guest experience, property readiness, and on-site staff including housekeeping, cooks, butlers, security, and gardeners across multiple properties.
- Manage daily operations covering maintenance, inventory, SOP adherence, guest concerns resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Handle budgeting, financial oversight, and guest delight programs to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in hospitality or guest services focused on operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff effectively.
- Proficiency in SOP implementation, inventory management, and financial oversight.
- Location: Karjat (implied onsite requirement).

- Experienced in managing luxury villas, resorts, or premium hospitality properties with strong focus on guest delight and service excellence.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills to drive staff efficiency, property maintenance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Capable of handling multiple operational priorities including budgeting, issue resolution, and maintaining high property standards and cleanliness.
