About This Role
- Oversee daily operations and on-site staff across housekeeping, security, gardening, and catering to ensure property readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage property maintenance, inventory, budgeting, financial oversight, and SOP adherence to optimize operational efficiency.
- Drive key metrics such as Guest Satisfaction Score, Staff Efficiency, Property Maintenance Score, and timely issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or guest services with a focus on operations and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in managing housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff effectively.
- Proficiency in SOP implementation, inventory management, and financial oversight.
- Location requirement: Lonavala.
