About This Role
- Lead and manage a technical consulting team (up to 35 reports) focused on Salesforce Insurance and Financial Services Cloud delivery.
- Perform 25% billable technical work as a senior architect solving critical business challenges with Salesforce solutions.
- Drive internal initiatives to grow the Insurance and Financial Services practice, including methodology development, team enablement, onboarding, and recruitment.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects including people management.
- 8+ years of people management and technical architecture experience specifically.
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and/or Insurance Cloud, plus strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Strong skills required in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Data Architecture, and Apex Design Patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader who can balance hands-on technical architecture with managing a large consulting team.
- Deep domain expertise in Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management or Healthcare with strong Salesforce multi-cloud technical skills.
- Skilled at client engagement, trusted advisor roles involving Enterprise Architecture and governance, and driving delivery to meet customer business needs.
