About This Role
- Own preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of MIS reports across parent organization and subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with finance teams for financial information collection, validation, and reporting compliance.
- Support internal audit coordination, financial governance, and provide financial insights for leadership decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (2-3 years experience) OR MBA (Finance) with 2-3 years relevant experience in MIS, finance operations, reporting, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of MIS, financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal audit practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel periodically to different organizational locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in group finance or multi-entity financial operations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage competing priorities across business units.
- Effective in stakeholder coordination and communication for finance reporting and audit processes.
