About This Role
- Own the end-to-end product operations process, ensuring smooth progression from product ideation through development, beta, and production phases for FarmerChat.
- Build and maintain clear, lightweight operational workflows and cadence across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure priorities, decisions, and dependencies are visible and managed proactively.
- Serve as a central liaison to facilitate stakeholder alignment, clear communication, and decision documentation across the Product organization and wider company.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, product/program management, product delivery, Chief of Staff, or similar roles in tech environments.
- Experience working closely with senior Product and Engineering leaders.
- Proven ability to design pragmatic processes and improve ways of working in fast-changing organizations.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant product operations or equivalent roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex product lifecycles with strong coordination between product definition and engineering delivery, especially in fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills to influence cross-functional alignment without formal authority.
- Comfortable operating with a balance of structure and flexibility to reduce bureaucracy while ensuring clarity and accountability across distributed teams.
