About This Role
- Provide high-quality production support and manage day-to-day customer issues for ICE/NYSE trading platforms and data services.
- Own production incidents end-to-end including communication, escalation, and post-incident review documentation.
- Lead or support smaller projects, contribute to process improvements, and utilize automation/AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3+ years of production support or IT operations experience.
- Intermediate-level Linux OS skills and understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and Multicast protocols.
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
- Willingness to work extended hours, shift rotation, and weekends in a high-availability, follow-the-sun environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in production support roles within technology-driven, high-availability environments, preferably in financial markets or regulated trading settings.
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to prioritize without direct supervision while contributing to training and onboarding of new team members.
- Familiar with automation and AI-assisted operational tooling and comfortable leading project efforts and communicating status to management.
