About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 5-8 Data Engineers delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions.
- Provide technical leadership including design, code reviews, establishing development standards, and solving complex technical issues.
- Drive development and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality frameworks, SQL performance tuning, and DevOps release management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of IT experience in Data Engineering and Application Development.
- At least 4 years of experience leading technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong expertise in Python, Microsoft SQL Server, ETL/ELT development, data quality management, SQL performance optimization, Git source control, and CI/CD release processes.
