About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 5 to 8 Power BI developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring delivery of enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Power BI solutions including dashboard prototypes, semantic models, and reusable frameworks.
- Manage Power BI workspace administration and security (including Row-Level Security), optimize dashboard performance, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of IT experience with significant Business Intelligence and Power BI development.
- At least 4 years of experience in leading technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
- Proficient in Power BI dashboard development, DAX optimization, semantic data modelling, Power BI workspace administration, and Row-Level Security implementation.
