Experienced in hands-on SCADA system support, configuration, and commissioning in industrial or utility environments.
Skilled in collaborating with system integrators, project teams, and product engineering for technical enablement and issue escalation.
Capable of independent field work under time-sensitive conditions with strong problem-solving on critical customer issues.
