About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data and Analytics projects in Banking and Financial Services, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate activities including Business, Development, QA, UAT, and Production Support across multiple locations.
- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management, project governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting including Steering Committee coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of Project Management experience with large-scale Data and Analytics projects.
- Strong Banking and Financial Services industry experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies and project governance practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating multi-disciplinary and offshore teams under tight timelines in banking domain projects.
- Skilled in advanced project risk and stakeholder management including senior management and sponsor communication.
- Capable of leading conflict resolution and fostering collaboration across diverse teams for successful delivery.
