Lead content and advocacy efforts such as writing leadership articles, conducting monthly working group meetings, and organizing physical roundtables to build IESA's credibility.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
5–10 years experience in battery manufacturing, supply chain, energy storage, or closely related industrial sector.
Prior experience engaging with government/ministerial stakeholders or working within an industry body/association preferred.

Proven ability in stakeholder management operating at senior industry and government levels, with business development capabilities including lead generation and retention.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a multi-team environment and delivering thought leadership through structured meetings, reports, articles, and high-profile events.
