About This Role
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of daily operations tasks including cash/position reconciliation, trade posting, and account administration.
- Collaborate across global teams to implement a Follow the Sun operational model with clear hand-offs and status reporting during non-US market hours.
- Investigate and resolve issues proactively while providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial services operations or related function.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn internal/external systems.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting investment operations such as reconciliations, trade support, or portfolio/account administration.
- Proven ability to work independently under tight deadlines within a structured, process-driven environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones coordinating with global teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
