About This Role
- Coordinate and complete daily operational tasks across multiple geographic locations following a Follow the Sun model to ensure seamless hand-offs and service excellence.
- Manage financial operations including cash/position reconciliation, trade posting, market event processing, account setup, and monthly NAV and billing reviews with accuracy and timeliness.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues quickly and provide status updates while maintaining accurate client records and operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial services operations or related roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal/external systems.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial services operations, and process-oriented with strong problem solving skills.

- Experienced in investment operations functions such as reconciliations, trade support, portfolio or account administration within financial services.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with ability to work independently under tight deadlines and deliver error-free deliverables.
