About This Role
- Lead development and integration of automotive platform BSP and system software including architecture definition and boot flow.
- Drive board bring-up, silicon validation, subsystem bring-up (camera, display, etc.), and ensure system performance and safety compliance.
- Mentor teams, resolve technical issues, and oversee virtualization and multi-OS (QNX/Linux/Android) integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 14 years of experience in BSP architecture and platform leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in BSP, bootloader, kernel, memory management (DMA, SMMU/IOMMU), virtualization, and multi-OS integration.
- Relevant engineering degree required.
- Work Experience Required: 8 to 14 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end subsystem ownership including camera, audio, and connectivity in automotive environments.
- Proven leadership skills with deep technical ownership and hands-on debugging and performance profiling experience.
- Familiarity with automotive safety standards, RTOS, and optionally Google AAOS certification process and infotainment system architecture.
