About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of Java-based applications focusing on high-volume, low-latency performance.
- Lead and manage teams developing Java APIs and microservices, creating reusable Spring Boot microservices templates.
- Develop and release full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and databases like Postgres and MySQL.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of Java development experience.
- Proficiency in core Java, JPA, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful web services, and API gateways.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants for Java code generation and manual verification of AI-produced code.

- Experienced in managing Java API/microservices development teams and driving business outcomes through technology solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), threading, concurrency, scalability, and high availability.
