About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and solution oversight for the Resort Sales ADM portfolio, ensuring application stability and delivery governance.
- Own technical triage and root-cause analysis for Sev 1/Sev 2 incidents across application, cloud, database, security, and integration teams.
- Lead technical analysis, code reviews, and guide developers/QA on Java Spring, REST/SOAP APIs, AWS services, monitoring, and release readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of application development/support experience.
- Strong expertise in Java Spring, REST APIs, and AWS/cloud technologies.
- Experience in production support leadership including incident, problem, and change management.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years of application development/support experience.

- Experienced in leading distributed teams across multiple geographies (US, Manila, India) and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Skilled in technical governance, stability assurance, and operational readiness in production environments.
- Proficient in driving automation, observability improvements, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
