About This Role
- Develop and maintain advanced Python-based applications focused on Generative AI, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement and optimize state-of-the-art Generative AI models including GPT, LLAMA, Mistral, FLAN T5, and build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, indexing, chunking, reranking, prompts, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems and support delivery leads in client engagements ensuring timely and successful deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as an NLP and Python developer with deep knowledge of the evolution of NLP models and Generative AI techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries such as NLTK.
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Databricks and managing GPU memory; SQL and Spark experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced professional with comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of NLP evolution and Generative AI including model training, fine-tuning, and implementation of cutting-edge architectures.
- Operates effectively in fast-paced, innovative environments requiring independent work and cross-team collaboration with good documentation and project management tool familiarity (GitHub, Jira).
- Strong foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, systems integration, and advanced AI analytics optimized for production deployment.
