About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce engineering and transformation projects including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams including offshore and onsite stakeholders for predictable outcomes.
- Provide executive and stakeholder communication on project health, risks, recovery plans, and manage deployment readiness through production stabilization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of work experience in project management related to Salesforce/CRM delivery.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work as a U.S.-based full-time employee and comply with onsite working model requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, risk and dependency management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Comfortable leading distributed teams and driving delivery governance in enterprise or integration program contexts.
