About This Role
- Lead day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) activities including security monitoring and incident response.
- Manage and develop SOC analysts (L1/L2/L3) and threat hunting teams, ensuring SOC SLA and KPI adherence.
- Drive SOC maturity improvements via threat hunting programs, automation of SOC workflows, and insider threat detection and response capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-13 years of cybersecurity experience with minimum 3 years in threat hunting.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR) and EDR/XDR solutions.
- Strong expertise in Windows, Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, Azure Cloud, networking protocols, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, KQL).
- Work Experience Required: 9-13 years explicitly mentioned; Certifications like GIAC Threat Hunter, GCFA, CISSP preferred but not mandatory.
