About This Role
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and communication of multi-team infrastructure engineering programs including GPU orchestration, cluster management, networking, and telemetry.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (SRE, Platform Developers, Architects) to ensure delivery meets strategic priorities, timelines, and quality targets.
- Drive implementation of program management processes, track KPIs, and support incident management and reliability initiatives to continuously improve platform performance and uptime.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years technical program management experience in infrastructure or platform organizations, preferably startup environment.
- Strong technical background in at least one: GPU compute stacks, Kubernetes, cluster orchestration, or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience coordinating SRE, platform engineering, and architecture teams on complex programs; excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-quarter infrastructure programs with multiple dependencies and teams.
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure and orchestration aligned to NVIDIA Cloud Platform reference architectures.
- Data-driven and skilled in risk management, program rituals, and adapting to rapid changes in startup-like environments.
