Expert in strategic ITSM framework application with a strong mastery of Configuration Management and governance in complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to lead AI-native service management transformation by integrating automated data validation and leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities with minimal customization.
Skilled in translating complex technical ITSM processes into business value narratives for diverse stakeholder groups including executive and audit audiences.
