About This Role
- Monitor IT infrastructure including servers, databases, storage, and backup using monitoring tools.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolve issues based on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools, escalate unresolved issues, support operational tasks, and ensure SLA and security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Any Graduate in Engineering or Science.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Fundamental understanding of databases such as Oracle or SQL.
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational support shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in operating within IT infrastructure support environments, particularly involving monitoring and incident management.
- Ability to follow and document standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and escalation.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and collaborating with cross-functional teams for incident resolution.
