About This Role
- Participate in feasibility studies, IT planning, applications development, and implement new or revised application systems to meet business needs.
- Monitor and control all phases of development lifecycle including design, construction, testing, implementation, and provide user support.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in React.js frontend development and advise senior stakeholders, coach junior analysts, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Frontend/Full-Stack Application Development or Systems Analysis with strong focus on React.js.
- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, frontend architecture, state management, routing, and UI technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant frontend development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader with experience in architecting and delivering complex frontend projects, providing mentorship and conducting code reviews.
- SME in React ecosystem including Hooks, Context API, performance optimizations, and frontend security best practices.
- Experienced in modern frontend pipelines including CI/CD, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and secure coding standards.
