Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3.5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian enterprise-scale Jira and Confluence administration.
Experience in supporting or administering shared IT platforms or large-scale enterprise applications.
No visa sponsorship; Hyderabad location; hybrid work arrangement; fluent English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating in regulated enterprise environments with practical understanding of Agile, Lean, or DevOps principles.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to platform optimization and process automation.
