About This Role
- Provide technical leadership for design, implementation, and support of enterprise data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Oracle/ODI.
- Lead development and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines including batch and near real-time data ingestion, ensuring data quality and performance.
- Manage production support, incident resolution, release coordination, and mentor development teams to ensure operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and production support.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS (Glue, S3, IAM, CloudWatch), Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Experience with batch and near real-time data pipelines, incident management, performance tuning, and data quality processes.
- Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid (Chennai/Hyderabad, India); Shift: 5:30pm - 2:30am.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader comfortable making architectural decisions and managing cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore locations.
- Depth in enterprise-scale data platforms spanning cloud (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) and legacy Oracle environments with focus on operational stability and scalability.
- Proven ability to handle critical production incidents, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventive controls in a fast-paced environment.
