About This Role
- Own threat modeling using STRIDE framework to identify and mitigate security risks in AWS-hosted SaaS cloud architecture.
- Analyze vulnerabilities from automated tools and third parties to assess impact and support remediation.
- Support security incident response including root cause analysis, containment, and recovery in collaboration with security teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience securing major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or cloud-native environments.
- Strong proficiency in threat modeling, specifically STRIDE or equivalent methods applied to cloud-native architectures and APIs.
- Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) for automating security tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with cloud security architecture including network segmentation, IAM, and data encryption in SaaS environments.
- Able to translate complex security findings into prioritized mitigation actions for engineering teams during design and implementation.
- Experienced in using CSPM tools, conducting risk assessments, and reporting on SaaS security posture to multiple stakeholders.
