About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of UI and API test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Rest Assured, and Cucumber in a BDD environment.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted automation tools to optimize test coverage and improve testing workflows.
- Manage end-to-end functional testing, defect tracking, and collaborate across onshore/offshore teams with minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance including functional testing and test automation.
- 8+ years hands-on experience with UI automation using Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and reporting tools.
- Experience managing defect life cycles and test cases using Jira or Rally; working within onshore/offshore delivery models.
