Experienced operating in a 24x7 NOC environment handling incident management and system monitoring for production financial services applications.
Comfortable working with Windows server environments and executing upgrades and configuration changes reliably under pressure.
Knowledgeable about FinTech processes and trading equities environment, with the ability to analyze data flows and troubleshoot system issues promptly.
