About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature delivery including designing and maintaining Spring Boot 3 REST APIs and Angular 20 frontends.
- Modernize legacy Java and PHP applications into cloud-ready, containerized service-based architectures with CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement security features like Spring Security filters, JWT validation, role-based authorization, and integrate external APIs securely.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Java engineering experience using Spring Boot 2.x or 3.x in production environments.
- 3+ years of Angular experience, preferably Angular 16 or above, with RxJS, reactive forms, and Angular Material.
- Proficiency with Spring Security, JWT, Spring Data JPA, HikariCP, MySQL, REST API design.
- Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent), and modern cloud deployment practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in modernizing legacy Java and PHP monolithic systems to microservices with cloud and container focus.
- Capable of working across multiple repositories and integrating complex backend and frontend tech stacks including payment, telco, and fintech APIs.
- Practically fluent with AI coding assist tools and disciplined in engineering best practices, testing, and API contract management.
