Own end-to-end implementation and customization of Calypso applications including backoffice functions such as message setup, workflow, settlement, accounting, and payment.
Lead technical training for new joiners, collaborate with business and support stakeholders to analyze requirements, and produce functional specifications and user stories.
Manage team deliverables aligned with planning, ensure timely completion within cost and scope, and improve testing strategies for Calypso solutions.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of Java development experience with at least 6+ years working on Calypso platform.
Hands-on expertise in Calypso backoffice functions including SWIFT, settlement instructions, positions, and customizations.
Basic product knowledge of capital markets covering securities, corporate actions, money market, FX, and derivatives.
Work Experience Required: 9+ years (Java), 6+ years (Calypso)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong analytical and independent troubleshooting skills with out-of-box solutioning and design capabilities.
Experience working in Agile environments with ownership attitude and good influencing skills.
Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders including product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver complex Calypso projects.
