About This Role
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver detailed functional and technical training for customers, internal teams, and engineering teams.
- Manage customer issues, enhancement requests, feature requests, and escalated support tickets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and define resolution paths.
- Prepare professional documentation including SRS, BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, user guides, and various process and integration diagrams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of total professional work experience.
- 3–4 years relevant experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Customer Success, Business Analysis, Software Implementation, Solution Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Technical Documentation.
- On-site work requirement at STPI Building B Block Ground Floor, Srinagar.
- Candidates must be from IT or software backgrounds; non-IT or non-software backgrounds not eligible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mid-level professional with experience in product management or closely related roles involving customer support and technical documentation.
- Comfortable coordinating among multiple teams including Customer Support, Development, QA, Operations, and Management to resolve issues and manage product lifecycle activities.
- Experienced in conducting software demonstrations, customer onboarding, training, release coordination, and change-request management.
