About This Role
- Manage end-to-end IoT projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure ensuring on-time, budget-compliant delivery.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (IoT engineers, developers, QA, data engineers) and manage multiple stakeholders including customers and vendors.
- Oversee IoT architecture integration involving sensors, gateways, cloud platforms, ensuring quality, security, scalability, and adherence to Agile/Scrum processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in managing technology/IoT projects with proven end-to-end delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IoT architecture, protocols (MQTT, HTTP, TCP/IP, CoAP, BLE, Zigbee, LoRaWAN), and cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies; PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing large-scale, cross-functional technical teams in IoT domains such as Industrial IoT, Smart Manufacturing, Automotive IoT, or Smart Energy.
- Strong background working with international clients and distributed teams, handling multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Capable of driving complex IoT device and platform integration while managing project risks, budgeting, and resource allocation in an Agile environment.
