About This Role
- Lead and facilitate business process analysis, decomposition, and integration across multiple COE areas (OTC, DTC, PTP, FICO, MDM).
- Coordinate and track project deliverables, conduct testing, diagnose issues, and drive corrective actions to ensure system alignment with business process requirements.
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and presentations for end-users while maintaining close communication with the user community to drive process adoption and transparency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of implementation and integration experience, with at least 5 years working in multiple business processes, specifically Sales and Distribution in fashion domain.
- Experience with business process modeling/mapping and system implementations; SAP S4 knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (Full-time role).

- Experienced in managing cross-functional business processes within retail/fashion environments, particularly Sales and Distribution domains.
- Comfortable operating at multiple organizational levels, facilitating workshops, and training diverse user groups to unify process standards globally.
- Proficient in handling system testing, issue resolution, and coordinating between technical teams and end-users to translate business needs into operational solutions.
