About This Role
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by analyzing, documenting, and testing code changes using BI architecture.
- Manage data quality, troubleshoot integration and delivery failures, and assist in loading new clients into the data warehouse.
- Collaborate with BI developers and business users to support QA processes, data governance, and implement BI feature requests.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as IT Business Analyst or related role.
- 3-5 years experience using SQL for data querying.
- 3-5 years experience with PowerBI for data visualization.
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent business experience.
- Shift: EMEA timings (1pm-10pm).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of BI architecture including front-end and back-end systems and enterprise data flows across multiple platforms (Vendor Management Systems, ATS, CRM, Data Warehouse).
- Experience troubleshooting complex data quality and integration issues using SQL in cloud environments like Azure and Snowflake.
- Comfortable working in Agile SCRUM teams with responsibilities including backlog management and quality assurance.
