About This Role
- Lead and coordinate insurance operations with focus on training delivery, process efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage team performance ensuring adherence to service level agreements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify process challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to maintain operations quality and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in team leadership and people management.
- Preferred experience in UK insurance industry and related processes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills required.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts (12pm-9pm or 1pm-10pm) and attend Mumbai office at least three days per week (hybrid work model).

- Experienced in program management and designing employee development initiatives, particularly within insurance operations.
- Able to work collaboratively across functions to drive operational improvements and knowledge retention.
