About This Role
- Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing operations, handling approximately SGD $40M worth of internal billings.
- Drive team accountability for timely, high-quality financial management deliverables, including payment reconciliations and billing system maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with global finance teams to anticipate, manage, and resolve financial issues ensuring proper billing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in O2C Operations (Accounts Receivable, Billing Operations)
- Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn new ERP systems
- Work Mode: Hybrid in Gurgaon; Work Hours: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

- Experienced in media-finance processes with strong accounting fundamentals and accounts receivable expertise.
- Capable of leading and mentoring executive-level team members in operational and billing software usage.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and improve team performance through process optimization.
