About This Role
- Lead and manage support services team overseeing HR, logistics, procurement, administration across DRC provinces.
- Develop and execute procurement strategy ensuring compliant, efficient sourcing; manage operational budget and fleet logistics as program scales.
- Design scalable systems and processes for program expansion; maintain compliance and lead audit preparedness and donor reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s is an asset.
- Minimum 6 years of operations management experience including supervising managers and system transformation.
- Professional proficiency in English and French; knowledge of DRC legal environment including labor and immigration law.
- Role is onsite in Goma, DRC; candidates must be based or willing to relocate.

- Strong financial and risk management background with audit and donor compliance familiarity.
