About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of one of the company’s largest client engagements, ensuring all commitments are tracked and closed with named owners and due dates.
- Provide weekly transparent dashboards to Infopro and client leadership on open, overdue, and at-risk actions and commitments.
- Act as the primary liaison bridging Infopro's delivery teams and client's L&D/business leadership, supporting operating model rollout and organizational restructuring.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in program management, engagement management, or business change delivery, preferably in outsourced or managed-services environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting organizational restructuring, operating model implementation, or business change programs.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Location: Onsite in Noida, India; Open only to India-based candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-workstream engagements involving multiple stakeholder organizations and navigating organizational change.
- Skilled in program and change management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
- Strong executive reporting capabilities with credibility among both delivery teams and senior client stakeholders.
