About This Role
- Lead architecture design and evolution across multiple Mobility services, resolving cross-team bottlenecks and setting technical standards for APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Drive security-by-design practices, define operational standards (SLIs, SLOs, observability), and lead major incident technical resolutions improving system reliability and resilience.
- Mentor senior engineers, establish reusable engineering patterns, and guide technology investments and AI tool adoption to improve delivery speed and technical quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7-12 years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership across multiple teams or systems.
- Expertise in backend development using Java or C# with frameworks like Spring Boot; experience building RESTful APIs, gRPC interfaces, and SQL-based systems.
- Experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka), cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes), observability practices, and secure API design including PCI DSS or regulated payment environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with proven ability to lead architecture and technical standards across multiple service teams in large-scale, internet-facing SaaS environments.
- Background in financial technology domains like payments or fleet management, experienced in security-compliant, scalable system design.
- Experienced in operational excellence practices including incident management, resilience testing, and leveraging AI-enabled development and production-grade AI systems.
