About This Role
- Own and lead frontend development initiatives, delivering complex features and improvements across web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions focusing on performance, accessibility, and scalability; mentor peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of frontend development experience with a proven track record of delivering user-facing applications.
- Expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling is mandatory.
- Experience with Headless CMS platforms such as Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS, including data modeling and integration.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, India (full-time position). Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building reusable component libraries or design systems, enhancing frontend consistency and scalability.
- Familiarity with .NET C# is a plus, indicating ability to collaborate or integrate with backend technologies.
- Demonstrates collaborative working style with strong English communication skills, suited for cross-functional teams.
