About This Role
- Lead strategic initiatives for advanced data platform solutions and act as main technical liaison with leadership to align on data strategies.
- Spearhead design, implementation, and optimization of innovative data technologies and agile workflows, ensuring industry-standard tool adoption aligned with enterprise cloud strategies.
- Oversee performance monitoring, cost forecasting, and drive consensus with enterprise partners and governance teams for successful execution of data initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of work experience with major data engineering toolsets and expertise in relational, columnar, Hadoop, and graph databases.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Azure ADF, AWS Glue, Informatica) and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure environment exposure is a plus).
- Experience in modeling data warehouses (third normal form, star/snowflake schema) and data profiling and analysis.

- Senior-level data engineering professional with deep strategic and technical expertise in data platform architecture and cloud deployments.
- Experienced in leading cross-enterprise collaboration and governance for data products and services.
