Practically skilled in AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, capable of validating AI-generated code for quality and security.
Familiarity with E&P domain or additional skills in Java/C# and cloud managed services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Kubernetes) is a plus but not mandatory.
