About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
- Produce architecture/design artifacts and analyze data sets to drive continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java for production-grade platform services code.
- Experience with Kubernetes operations including deployments, namespaces, services, ingress, ConfigMaps/Secrets.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with distributed systems fundamentals and operational challenges of multi-service architectures.
- Proven ability to critically evaluate and integrate AI-assisted software development tools ensuring secure, performant outputs.
- Practical knowledge of multiple data technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CockroachDB, Cassandra, Kafka, DynamoDB) and infrastructure automation for complex enterprise environments.
