About This Role
- Lead and provide technical coaching for multiple software engineering teams focusing on Java backend and AWS-based solutions within financial technologies.
- Accountable for resource, budget, and operational decisions, setting practices for AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation to improve delivery speed and quality.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience with formal training or certification and 2+ years leading technical teams.
- Strong Java backend development expertise including Java, Spring, Microservices, AWS services (Aurora Postgres, ECS/Fargate, EC2).
- Experience leading multi-team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with governance and security focus.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in leadership roles.
