About This Role
- Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of secure, resilient network instrumentation platforms including packet brokers and analytics technologies.
- Manage automation, certification, lifecycle, and operational support of large-scale network packet and flow monitoring devices per firm standards.
- Lead incident/problem management and mentor engineers on best practices in design, automation, and SCRUM within infrastructure platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal infrastructure engineering training or certification.
- Hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and security networking with certifications at CCNP–CCIE level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in packet and NetFlow analysis, and experience deploying/managing Arista DMF or similar packet broker platforms and Riverbed performance monitoring solutions.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in infrastructure engineering focused on network instrumentation and monitoring platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale enterprise network topologies (LAN/WAN/wireless/security) across multiple vendor platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, F5, Check Point, and Blue Coat.
- Strong skillset in operating across technology domains to solve mission-critical infrastructure challenges with embedded security and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional SCRUM teams delivering automation and infrastructure platform enhancements in large enterprise environments.
