About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions in a fast-paced agile environment for Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology.
- Produce and maintain high-quality production code and architecture/design artifacts for complex distributed systems ensuring design constraints are met.
- Leverage enterprise AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and contribute reusable patterns for team effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java for writing production-grade, maintainable code operating at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes including deployments, namespaces, services, ingress, ConfigMaps/Secrets, and familiarity with custom controllers or operators.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and building/extending CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in system design and operational stability of distributed multi-service architectures with understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Proficient in using and critically evaluating enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within a secure and responsible AI framework.
- Familiar with data technologies like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, etc., and infrastructure automation in a financial or complex production environment.
