About This Role
- Build, test, and maintain an enterprise-wide ServiceNow service management platform including integration with existing company platforms.
- Analyze business challenges to recommend solutions prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality over customization, balancing platform risk.
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow workflows, scripts, integrations, and administration; provide Tier 2 support and develop best practices and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and integrations including REST web services and MID Servers.
- Certified ServiceNow Developer qualification mandatory.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate outputs for correctness, security, and performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, configuration best practices, and ability to manage the balance between configuration and customization to mitigate platform risks.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments integrating multiple platforms and applying ITSM/ITOM/ITBM modules is favorable.
- Capability to leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly within secure and resilient engineering workflows.
