About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas within Commercial & Investment Bank.
- Write and maintain high-quality production code using Python, Java, and observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, speed, and automation while contributing to team knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficient in Python and Java programming, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Geneos, and Prometheus.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to evaluate and validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in secure software development within large corporate environments, especially in agile CI/CD settings.
- Able to analyze large, diverse data sets for software/system improvements and proactively identify technical issues.
- Knowledgeable in responsible AI use within engineering workflows and observability tooling to maintain resilient and secure applications.
